Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of EUWatt, including the EUWatt iOS application and website.

By using EUWatt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Who we are

EUWatt is provided by Valerijs Fjodorovs, Latvia.

Website: https://euwatt.topporation.com

Contact email: euwatt.support@topporation.com

2. What EUWatt does

EUWatt helps users understand electricity prices by showing current and historical electricity price information.

The app may show current electricity price status, electricity price charts and historical electricity prices.

EUWatt uses electricity market data from public or third-party sources, including Nord Pool where applicable, and backend processing to generate price information and trend analysis.

3. Informational use only

EUWatt is provided for informational purposes only.

Electricity prices, charts, historical data and trend analysis may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

You should not rely only on EUWatt for important decisions, including financial decisions, energy purchasing decisions, business operations, or safety-related decisions. You are responsible for how you use the information shown in the app.

4. User accounts

To use some features of EUWatt, you may need to create an account using your email address and password.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, not share your account with others, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless the activity was caused by our error or by a security issue under our control.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the EUWatt app. You may also request account deletion by contacting euwatt.support@topporation.com.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account data unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your EUWatt account.

6. Minimum age

EUWatt is not directed to children and is not intended for children under 13.

By using EUWatt, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian if such permission is required in your country.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse EUWatt. You must not:

use the app for illegal purposes;

try to access accounts, systems, servers, or data without permission;

interfere with, disrupt, overload, or abuse the app or backend systems;

scrape, copy, or use automated systems to access EUWatt in a way that may harm the service;

reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the app except where allowed by law;

attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits;

use EUWatt in a way that harms other users, the app, our infrastructure, or third-party data providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for EUWatt, other users, or our infrastructure.

8. Free service and future paid features

EUWatt is currently free to use and does not currently offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, external payments, or paid premium features.

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide the required information before you purchase anything.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep EUWatt available and working, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time. We may also change how electricity price data, charts, history or trend analysis are displayed.

10. Data sources and forecasts

EUWatt relies on public or third-party electricity market data sources, including Nord Pool where applicable, and on backend processing performed by EUWatt.

We do not guarantee that source data will always be available, accurate, complete, or unchanged.

EUWatt is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed public or third-party data sources.

Unless expressly allowed by applicable law or by the relevant data provider, you must not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit electricity market data obtained through EUWatt.

11. Intellectual property

EUWatt, including the app design, software, name, branding, charts, layout, and related content, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may use EUWatt only as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from EUWatt unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.

12. Privacy

Your use of EUWatt is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

https://euwatt.topporation.com/privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

13. Apple App Store

If you download EUWatt from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Apple’s standard licensed application terms, unless a separate custom license agreement applies.

These Terms are between you and the EUWatt provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for EUWatt, its content, support, maintenance, or any claims related to the app, except where required by applicable law.

14. Disclaimer

EUWatt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that the app will always work correctly, that data will always be accurate or complete, that the app will meet your specific needs, or that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or losses caused by reliance on electricity price information, charts or trend analysis.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Termination

You may stop using EUWatt at any time and may delete your account inside the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app or backend systems, abuse the backend/API, create risk for the app or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or website.

By continuing to use EUWatt after the Terms are updated, you agree to the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
